Request for Proposal for Related Technical Instruction (Tech Apprenticeships) In September, 2022, WTIA Workforce Institute (Apprenti) was awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce for the Good Job Challenge to scale tech apprenticeships in the Cloud and Aerospace & Aviation sectors. As we near the one year mark of our grant award, we have honed in on the full breadth and depth of our scope.
