The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on March 13, 2024, and will go into effect on April 12, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations. The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
