Requirement is due to dual employee status of research physicians for the Ann Arbor VAMC Research Center and University of Michigan. VA Research Center is located on University of Michigan Research Campus. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
This award will be for the Nuclear Medicine Clinic at the Ann Arbor VAMC. The acquisition is conducted under authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program; FAR Subpart 8.405-6(b) Items Peculiar to one Manufacturer.
