ARDIS Amendment 2 extends the open call period for program entiteld "STARS" only to 4/1/2024 in the event any call is issued.

This is Amendment 1 to the ARDIS Call 2 entiteld "Database Optimization and Sustainment (DOS)" which extends the due date to 6 May 2020, 3:00 pm EST. 

The architecture refinement should include adding capability to tolerate and or reject poor quality data without degradation, have persistent memory of an area, and collaboration with another vehicle pair. Required Phase 2 deliverables include all necessary components (hardware and software) to run the system in a government simulation environment, a final report, and monthly progress reports.

ACT3 envisions the ACE as the backbone of an outward facing structure, providing an agent-based architecture that enables the development and refinement of autonomy and AI technologies and connection between people, algorithms, data, and computational resource infrastructures. 

This is the award of Call 2 from the ARDIS Open BAA.
