The City of Lewiston is accepting sealed proposals for the LEWISTON PUBLIC LIBRARY’S ARCHIVES HVAC REPLACEMENT . The existing system consists of two Liebert units, a primary and a backup, where both units have failed. This project will focus on replacing one of the two units. The design and installation will take into consideration that a future project will replace the backup unit.

Pierce County Board of Commissioners (“County”) is seeking proposals to purchase and install an HVAC system in the County Archives building. Bids will be received until May 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at that time.

This project will renovate infrastructure of Building 116 to prepare it for reutilization as the National VA Archives. The HVAC, electrical, and structural components of the building will be completely renovated, repaired, and rebuilt. This project will help maintain the integrity of the building and is a prerequisite to any interior renovations that will be required to accommodate the National VA Archives.
