The scope of work is limited to the arena rink replacement and does not include any work outside of the rink slab and associated refrigeration piping, nor any changes to the ice plant nor mechanical equipment. The City is contemplating reusing the existing header and return trenches. All work must be completed during the 2024 Curling off-season beginning in April, with the new rink ready for operation by end of August.
