The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System has a need for a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and transportation to inspect and maintain the facility's Walk-in Freezer Systems listed in the Statement of Work.
The Contractor shall provide Companion Care Services to eligible beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS). The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies associated with the full range of Companion Care Services.
