The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) has a FY 23 requirement for Cloud Adoption Technology Support (ACATS) services. The ACATS Contractor shall provide Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) for the Army Military Intelligence (MI) to support overall strategy and migration to the Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Environment (ITE) Cloud.
