The Government requires resources to implement NGW Initiatives and Events while working the implementation of DOTMLPF recommendations into the various development processes, such as the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Development, Total Army Analysis, Doctrine and Training Development, and SPAR.
