San Juan County ARPA Notice Of Project Bid Opportunity OPALCO is accepting bid applications for four major projects for broadband expansion in San Juan County. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.

All questions and answers will be posted in https://www.sherwoodoregon.gov/bids This is a local public works project subject to BOLI prevailing wages (ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870). Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Sherwood in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
