The grant program is open to 501c3 Arts Organizations located within the Arts Foundations service area, which includes counties and Tribal Nations that reside between the southern edges of the Gila River to the US-Mexico international border. Fiscally sponsored organizations residing within Pima County may apply. Operating Support Grants intend to make awards that will impact a broad constituency.

Grants of up to $15,000 will be awarded in support of arts, culture, and heritage organizations working to enrich the lives of residents, protect resources, and add a dimension to quality of life through performances, interpretation, preservation, and creation of new works.
