The City is seeking Proposals from highly qualified individuals, consulting firms, or teams of consultants (“Proposers”) to: 1) prepare an Art Tech Campus Programming Analysis that includes a phasing plan, cost estimates, and preliminary design; and 2) provide interim and final design of the buildings.
Courses offered included chemistry and metallurgy.The school is located in the colorful and historic Rio Grande valley and has a beautifully landscaped green campus.
The new building on the south side of campus will have 2 classrooms and this equipment will be in support of those rooms. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided under “Specifications and Pricing Schedule” of this IFB. Bids submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.

The college’s $7.3 million capital outlay project includes renovation to the north side of campus – more specifically the E. J. Shaheen Library, art studio, classrooms, restrooms, and foyer. Also included is new lighting, updated IT infrastructure, windows, doors, fire alarms, a new electrical instruction lab and new metal siding to encapsulate the current exterior walls of the building.
