Requesting a Contractor to provide conservator services for 94 artifacts. To prevent all 94 artifacts from being removed simultaneously, the conservation treatment will be divided into three phases. Each phase will address a specific number of artifacts that will need treatment. Phase three is optional depending upon funding approval.
The project also includes an interior finish refresh of the public areas of the building (reception/lobby/lecture theater) as well as opening up the corridor outside of the existing event rooms to create a “history walk” to feature WSU artifacts from the WSU Alumni Center collection. The project construction budget is $3,200,000. Check in at the front desk with security is required.
