Campus-Wide Asbestos Containing Material Inventory Project Description :This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit Proposals for the provision of Campus-Wide Asbestos Containing Material Inventory, Condition Assessments, and Related Services as further described in RFP 2022-38 Attachment 1 – Detailed Scope and Requirements.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to remove & dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and other related material described in the Scope of Work (SOW). The scope of the project consist of removing approximately 3,326 SF of ACM from thirteen (13) rooms specified in the attached (SOW) and Technical Exhibits. CL-2022-135 ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL ABATEMENT AT A AND B CONCOURSES DESCRIPTION OF WORK – This Project will remove asbestos-containing structural fireproofing under the A & B concourses and replace it with non-asbestos fireproofing as well as demolish wall framing and ceilings in office areas and include light replacements.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to remove & dispose of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and other related material described in the Scope of Work (SOW). The scope of the project consist of removing approximately 2,898 SF of ACM from eleven (11) rooms specified in the attached SOW and Technical Exhibits.
