This requirement is a sole source follow-on contract for brand name specific Aspen Technology, Inc. gas and royalty software, aspenONE® Engineering, that can model and analyze natural gas processing plants with various processing technologies as well as estimate the costs (capital and operations/maintenance) associated with equipment within these plants.
