A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Reconstruction of the western parking lot behind the Department of Agriculture building, curb and gutter construction, storm water management construction, asphalt pavement repair, asphalt sealcoat and restriping the parking lot. The parking lot will require rebuilding of the asphalt, asphalt seal coat, sealing the crack rout and sealing the pavement cracks.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) asphalt concrete grinder dig-out and paving services as described herein: Contractor shall supply all equipment, labor, materials, and traffic control to perform an asphalt concrete grinder dig-out repair and replacement, parking lot sealcoat and loop replacement as needed.

Sealcoat of parking lots. 3. Re-striping of parking lots. 4. Milling and re-laying asphalt where required. This shall include mitigating failed areas of paving prior to re-paving.
