The selected Consultant’s team approach will consist of highly qualified individuals experienced with slurry seal operations, inspection and testing requirements. The Consultant’s team must show demonstrated experience with Slurry Seal preparation and finishing services, including as needed asphalt repairs prior to slurry application, weed abatement, crack sealing, striping and thermoplastic markings, and signage.

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot asphalt repairs and seal and stripe services at the Yuba City DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.
