Specifically, the exterior of the building noted in dotted blue line below defines the current scope for this project. The main portion of the area requiring remediation consists of structural steel filled with terra cotta brick and precast panels, complete with a stucco finish on the exterior. Multiple previous patches and repair work were evident throughout the wall assembly.
