The CBRM requires the services of a qualified Engineering Consultant to complete an automated geo-referenced pavement condition survey of the CBRM roadway network. Results are to be reported and used to develop a Pavement Design, Rehabilitation, and Management Guideline.

The selected consultant will conduct a review and analysis of current business practices, assess the existing condition of selected roadways within the public right-of-way, recommend a pavement management software solution, provide training on the PMS to City staff, and conduct a multi-year analysis to guide decisions made in developing a program master plan. Professional Engineering (PE) License is required for this project.
