Consultants will utilize non-destructive assessment techniques to evaluate each site for their physical condition and the level of urgency to repair.The objective of this assignment is to collect physical data and perform analysis using best practices for material management and cost analysis for the purpose of developing a prioritized rehabilitation plan and a set of general design conditions based on the relevant governing standards for the District
Written documentation of assessment must be provided. 2.
