RFP Building Facility Asset Management Plan & Energy Modeling Project Description :This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of professional services to execute a Building Facility Asset Management Plan & Energy Modeling.
The Project includes development of three major documents including The City’s Asset Management Policy, The City’s Strategic Asset Management Plan, and Department and Division Specific Asset Management Plans. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $170,000.
