This work relates to Council’s Asset Management and Infrastructure Strategic Priorities Plan. The City is looking to obtain services from qualified Consultants experienced in geo-referencing pavement condition surveys to undertake a network pavement condition survey on arterial, local and laneways during the term of this agreement.
It shall also include examination of the Community Services Master Plan, Transportation Master Plan, Water & Wastewater Master Plan, Development Charges Background Study, Asset Management Plan, Digital Strategy, Strategic Plan, Population Projections, historical LTFPs, historical approved budgets, and any other relevant plans and studies that would support long term financial planning.
