The City is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified consultant firms that have experience in fixed asset inspections, inventory and assessment of street, pavement, sidewalk and storm drain conditions and inputting the resulting information in the Cartegraph Asset Management software. Experience in these types of inspections, assessments and the Cartegraph Asset Management system is an essential criterion for selection.

The County is moving forward with the selection and implementation of an enterprise-wide Asset Management System, which is a technology enabler used to advance asset management best practices. The scope of work and approach described herein is an extension of the work to help the County evaluate and procure Enterprise Asset Management software.
