Assistant Utility Director/Engineer Grafton, Wisconsin The Village of Grafton, a full service community (+/-12,000 pop.), is seeking an energetic and dynamic professional to fill the role of Assistant Utility Director/Engineer for its Water and Wastewater Utility.   The ideal candidate will oversee various capital projects, engage in a wide array of engineering tasks and manage an enthusiastic team of employees. 

The Water and Wastewater Utility includes 8 Utility Operators, a Field Operations Coordinator, Assistant Utility Director/Engineer, and the Director/Village Engineer.The Village of Grafton offers a competitive benefits package including a robust health insurance program and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System. The pay range for this position is $23.55/hour - $31.84/hour, starting pay is dependent on qualifications.
