This requirement is to procure repairs of the Attitude Indicator (NSN 6610-01-527-6840; PN 4300-312) in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The required part for repair designates this requirement as a "Limited Competition."
This requirement will be to procure repairs of the Attitude indicator in support of the TH-1H Helicopter. The repairs are for the total estimated quantity of 37 each. This effort will result in a multi-year Firm Fixed Priced Requirements Contract consisting of five 12-month Ordering periods (one basic ordering period, plus 4 additional 12-month ordering periods). This part (4300-312) can be repaired commercially and is a commercial item.
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to repair the Attitude Indicator applicable to the TH-1H Helicopter. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. This is NOT a solicitation.
