To assist the City’s Internal Audit Division with achieving and maintaining compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (‘IIA’) International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (‘Standards’). The aim of the engagement is to identify areas for improvement and develop a plan for the Internal Audit Division to implement the enhancements.

Attention: “PROPOSALS – AUDITING AND CONSULTING SERVICES 2020” prior to the stated time for the receipt of proposals.   All information requested in the Request for Proposals must be provided or the proposal may be disqualified.  Proposals MUST BE SEALED and labeled “PROPOSALS – LEGAL SERVICES – AUDITING AND CONSULTING SERVICES 2020” prior to the stated time for the receipt of proposals and received no later than 11:00 AM on November 21, 2019. 

The audit firm must be a certified public accounting firm familiar with all relevant professional accounting and auditing standards as well as all applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to the Uniform Accounting Procedures for Municipalities required by the State of Utah. The audit must be completed prior to December 31, 2023.
