The Coast Guard intends to issue a post assessment firm fixed price repair/overhaul order to the Aircraft or Component Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), the Component Production Approval Holder (PAH), or a PAH Authorized and Capable Service Facility, for repair/overhaul using OEM Proprietary Data for the following item(s):REPAIR OF 58 EACH VARIOUS COMPOSITE PANELS – SEE ATTACHED COMPONENT LIST A Sole Source Justification (J&A) and General Solicitation
The information submitted must include documentation from the Component OEM verifying the Offeror is an OEM Authorized Service Facility and that only genuine OEM parts will be used in the repair/overhaul.

All work will be performed by a CAT Authorized repair facility or CAT Trained Technicians If the equipment needs to be brought to the contractors repair facility, the contractor will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of the equipment. . All work will be performed during normal working hours Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
The Government also intends to award to a single source as this source is the only responsible source capable of repair.
