This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06.The USDA us requesting an automated benchtop volatile collection system with six flow regulated sampling units capable of collecting at four distinct intervals controlled by a solenoid activated at programed time points is required. Six flow meters with 0-2 LPM adjustable flows will control the collection rates.
