DBPAP requires an automated nucleic acid extraction instrument system for their ongoing research. Ongoing studies and experiments in DBPAP’s Carlson Laboratory require the use of purified nucleic acids for a number of assays such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and next generation sequencing (NGS).
