Project Scope The White River Junction VA Healthcare System requires the services of a qualified firm to provide services to perform annual maintenance on (28) ASCO Automatic Transfer Switches. This work must be completed by a ASCO trained and certified technician. The Contractor shall also be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occurs as a result of the Contractor s fault or negligence.
