Summary: The Work consists of the installation of a facility-wide building automation system (BAS) and HVAC improvements. The BAS system shall include connection to and control of thirty-six (36) existing rooftop units, six (6) existing energy recovery ventilators and 12 zones (72 fans) of existing destratification fans. Six (6) new humidification systems and building pressure monitoring and relief systems shall be controlled by the BAS.
