The State of Iowa is seeking bidders to provide Building Automation Products and Services at state owned and leased locations throughout Iowa.

Electronic Design Automation (EDA) products and services. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Siemens Industry Software Inc, 5800 Granite Pkwy Ste 600 Plano, TX 75024-6612, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It has been determined that Siemens Industry Software Inc. is the sole provider of the Siemens EDA products and services. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.

This requirement was awarded directly to Siemens Industry Software, Inc. as a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for continued agency-wide purchasing of Siemens Electronic Design Automation (EDA) (formerly Mentor Graphics) new software licenses, software maintenance/subscriptions for existing licenses, and SISW products for training services..
