This government solicitation has been provided (sole source) to Robertson Fuel Systems (RFS), L.L.C., CAGE: 1T765 for the repair of the 200 gallon internal auxiliary fuel tank system (AAFTS).  This sole source solicitation to RFS is expected to result a 5 year Firm Fixed Priced Contract containing 1 Basic Ordering Period plus 4 additional Ordering periods.  RFS shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services.

This procurement is restricted to the only known approved source:  Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C., 800 W Carver Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85284-5264 (CAGE Code 1T765).  The period of performance will be a 60 month ordering period commencing at time of contract award; however, delivery may extend beyond the 60 months ordering period. 

Government intends to solicit for the repair of: NSN 998370774, AUXILIARY FUEL TANK, to support the P8 aircraft. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for nine (9) each H-60 Robinson 200 Gallon Auxiliary Fuel Tank LH Restraint Beams, (P/N HM026-023-11) and nine (9) each H-60 Robinson 200 Gallon Auxiliary Fuel Tank RH Restraint Beam (P/N HM026-023-12).  This is a Sole Source with Robertson Fuel Systems IAW FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
