The objective is to acquire and install brand name or equal furniture items including delivery and a turnkey installation. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Furniture Purchase Orders Only purchase orders issued through Texas SmartBuy (TSB) are eligible for contract pricing. The Contractor cannot ship any products or provide services until receipt of a Purchase Order generated by the TSB system.
