The justification for limiting sources is (iii) - The item is peculiar to one (1) manufacturer, which is Avaya Federal Solutions Inc. under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items” and FAR Subpart 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”.This acquisition is for the upgrade of the existing Avaya phone system utilizing the existing cable and wiring to allow for the installation of an intercom system and to integrate a paging system.
