16 Avenue NW Feedermain Replacement – Phase 1 Project Description :The City of Moose Jaw (the “Owner”) will be pre-qualifying contractors for a competitive procurement process related to the installation of 145 m of 200 mm and 330 m of 300 mm of water distribution main using open cut; 340 m of 350 mm HDPE water distribution main using horizontal directional drilling; 280 m of sanitary replacement; and associated appurtenances (the “Project”).
