South East Sector Transportation System 19 Street – Gaetz Avenue to Irwin Avenue Project Description :This project consists of four major components. The first component of the work includes the reconstruction of 19 Street. The asphalt along 19 Street is in poor condition and the City of Red Deer will be reconstructing 19 Street between Gaetz Avenue and Irwin Avenue.
