NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for this project will be received by the Buncombe County Schools Purchasing Department up to 3:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted using the two-envelope system.
