These services will be provided to the Storrs campus as well as all the satellite campuses (the Law School and Hartford campus, Avery Point campus located in Groton, Stamford and Waterbury) as well as UConn Health located in Farmington. The heating and cooling systems located at the Avery Point Campus are described below: The heating equipment is comprised of three 400HP Cleaver Brooks natural gas fired steam boilers and associated deaerator and condensate return equipment to produce steam for comfort heating. Medium pressure reducing stations are located at designated areas throughout the campus. The cooling equipment is comprised of two 700 ton York chillers.
