The Department of the Navy, Assistant for Administration, Contract Management Division (DONAA/CMD), is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI), on behalf of The Office of the Naval Inspector General (NAVINSGEN) to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), specifically FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i), Special documentation
