The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Myriad for various diagnostic and esoteric laboratory testing.

Other Than Small Businesses are encouraged to submit a quote, which must include a Subcontracting Plan.The USDA intends to establish multiple BPAs to ensure competition and service coverage for all geographic areas. After award of the BPAs, RFQs for hazardous waste disposal services for APHIS or AMS will be sent to BPA holders as removal requests are received from the facilities.
