This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The purpose of the Rota Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is to execute sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects, alteration, demolition, repair, and new construction or expansion of any type of facilities or real property assets, including waterfront or airfields facilities.
The 23rd Contracting Squadron will solicit for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders under the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Program. The MACC IDIQ will be for the acquisition of multi-disciplined construction projects at Moody AFB, Grand Bay Range, Grassy Pond, Spence Field, Valdosta Regional Airport in Georgia, and Avon Park in Florida.
It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice.
This is a pre-solicitation notice for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Misawa Air Base, Japan, with 3-year basic period plus seven 1-year options under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FA520524R0004. The MACC is a contract for execution of a broad range of general construction including design-build capability.
This contract will primarily consist of fire protection installation or repairs (new construction and renovations) with professional engineer design capabilities.
