NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide EPA TO15 Canister Ambient Air Sampling and Analysis Services. The Lab selected shall be accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association - Laboratory Accreditation Program, LLC (AIHA-LAP, LLC) for Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory aboard Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349.
If selected for an award, the offeror and government may negotiate specific statements of work prior to award. 3. RESPONSE: The requirement "able to use ambient air or low pressure oxygen" refers to either ambient air or low pressure oxygen at any time. The requirement is met if the device can operate in at least one of the environments.4. Is “low pressure oxygen” nominally 50 psi? or what is the definition of “low pressure oxygen”?
