The contract is expected to be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. A Limited Sources Justification has been prepared. The Contractor has the sole concession for selling, marketing, transporting, and distributing of fuels in the State of Qatar. The award will be for the delivery of 3,830,208 U.S. gallons of Gasoline (MUM) and 13,579,890 U.S.
