Title: Backflow Data Management ProgramDescription: The City of Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing services for Backflow Data Management Program.
The purpose of providing a Cross Connection Control Data Management Software (“CCCDMS”) that maximizes water quality and safety by managing backflow program data in a seamless, efficient workflow. The software shall support backflow device inventories, scheduling of backflow tests, obtaining test results in a timely manner, and reporting for complete cross connection control and compliance, in accordance with the requirements specified herein.
The purchase and installation of approximately 1,080 water meters, registers,transmitters, AMR System, installation, software, mobile data collection units,meter boxes, lids, antennae, backflow preventers and all necessary pipe, fittings and appurtenances as may be required to install the new meters.

Database The Contractor shall construct a working database of all known backflow assemblies within the City of Evanston. Data on all known backflow assemblies within the City of Evanston will be initially collected from the City’s current electronic records. The Contractor will also extract backflow assembly data from any hard copies of backflow assembly test records within the City’s possession. b.
