The City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals from qualified proposers, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to perform tests on backflow prevention devices. The City also seeks the services of a licensed, qualified and experienced Plumbing Contractor, to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform installation, maintenance, extension, alteration, testing, and repair of water supply systems.
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Backflow Maintenance, Testing, Inspection, Certification and Repair Services.

SCOPE OF WORKProvide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair or replace multiple backflow preventers and if necessary, quarter turn, isolation ball valves. Contractor shall ensure installation, testing, and certification is in compliance with all local water district requirements. Contractor shall provide copies of all testing results and certifications to the USCG.
