The Work under this project consist of replacing the schools HVAC water source heat pumps with hot gas reheat dehumidification type manufactured by Trane of similar type and capacity and upgrading controls as required by Schneider Electric to work with existing equipment. A new stairwell water source heat pump will be added and connected into the existing condenser water system.
Following Substantial Completion, working hours shall be outside of normal building occupied hours, from 4:30PM to 9:00AM Monday through Friday, and any time on weekends with approval by WJCC Schools.
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from a qualified contractor to provide Parking Lot Improvements at Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School and Lafayette High School.
