TYAD has recurring requirements for ballistic hardware and is seeking qualified approved sources that have been qualified and approved as a source of supply by PM SPE with the capability to provide these items.The Government is seeking approved qualified vendors for the production of the unfinished Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) ballistic bolt and ACH/Enhanced Combat Helmet (ECH) nut.
The purpose of these plates are to increase operator safety and survivability.REACT plans to purchase approximately $250,000 worth of ballistic plates over a period of three years, with an initial order of 45 ballistic plates – front/rear and 45 ballistic plates – sides – left/right. Lead time is NLT 90-120 days upon receipt of order.
