The make and model of these Brackets must be HAPCO, Model # 85652-001 – Banner Saver Arm (2 brackets per banner, sold as a set) and 3 clamps per set of brackets OR Equivalent Specification. If bidder submits ‘OR Equivalent’, the City will confirm it meets the specification set forth within the ITB.
