Project Description: Work generally includes the installation of (49) pole banner brackets and 30” x 60” banners on (27) street light poles on Taylor Road and Horseshoe Bar Road in Loomis, CA. All materials including banners, brackets, banding, arms, pins, and zip ties will be provided by the Town.
